Who we are
LVL UP is a creator-first marketing and talent management agency based in the United Kingdom. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean LVL UP. We handle your data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For any question about your data, contact us at hi@lvlup-agency.com or through our contact form.
What we collect
Through the contact form, we only collect what you choose to send us:
- Brand enquiries: your name, email address, company, website, the services you are interested in, budget range, timing, campaign goals and how you heard about us.
- Creator applications: your name, email address, creator name or handle, platforms and channel links, audience size range, content focus, location, representation status, media kit link and what you are looking for.
We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies or identify individual visitors; it records anonymised details such as the page viewed, the site that sent you, your browser type and your country. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, assess creator applications and, if we go on to work together, manage that relationship. We rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else handles it
Form submissions are received and stored by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to our email account. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.
Anonymised visit statistics are processed by Cloudflare.
The website’s typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when you visit. Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
Creator profile pages show profile pictures and video thumbnails from YouTube and Twitch, so your browser connects to their servers to load them. Videos only play from YouTube when you press play; after that, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for up to 12 months, unless we start working together, in which case we keep what we need for as long as that relationship lasts.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us using the details above and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), the UK’s data protection regulator. If you are in the EU, you can contact your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
